Seller is reporting False information. I have the pick up slipped from our United States Post Office that has the signature of Mr. Brian Barnes signing for the package. Seller has access to the very same information. Yes I did request he provide tracking info for the Second Item I PAID for. He got upset with my request and canceled my order. Very grouchy seller who sent me many inappropriate NAME calling messages.

What a load of c..p! He picked up the packet, Signed For it and 2 moths later claimed non-delivery. He's a FRAUD! Sellers BEWARE! --He's not a good seller either - check his feedback on ebay!

Seller needs to STOP making false claims he cannot support. I can support my claim that I DID NOT pick the item up EVER from the United State Postal Service. I would be more then willing to support my truthful claim and fax the pick up slip with the signature of Mr. Brian Brians. He is a neighbor who the post office finally tracked down and he returned the item. This seller needs to be VERY careful calling buyers FRAUD without any means to support his false claims. I paid for BOTH of the Items and this Buyer was NEVER asked to do more then send me a tracking number. Why is he getting so nasty with me as a buyer for asking for such a easy task.

Please feel free to check my feedback on ebay. My feedback is very good. I had ONE buyer who failed to read my complete listing about my radio being used and could not assure smoke free. He didn't read my listing and gave a bad review due to his own mistake. Feel free to read that ebay feedback and please take the time to read my original listing and you will clearly see it was a untruthful and unfair feedback. Much like the seller above is trying to do to me. I will not be responding to this sellers negative trash any further. If any other person other then this seller would like further info from me please message me.

Plain and simple instead of you going back and forth playing your 3 year old games. Non of your claims are believable. PROVIDE DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE!

If the buyer states non receipt of merchandise, then SELLER provide documented evidence of the dispute claim and the tracking and signature. If the buyer signed for the package post the results.

Buyer your feedback doesnt mean jack nothing! Check your feedback HA. You know full well that sellers cant leave negative feedback only positive, so sell it to someone else!

So it took a claim a false dispute to finally relieze it wasnt the sellers fault. You jump to conclusions, knowing full well of the facts and you still try to place the blame on the seller. The fact is you purchased an item from the seller, the seller shipped the product out to the address you had. IT WAS THE POST OFFICE THAT SCREWED UP NOT THE SELLER. But you still take shots at the seller. From his point of view, you filed a false dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise and he had signed proof of delivery and shipment. We will go on and say FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, its your own admittance of the mistake being made on the count of you not the seller.

Buyer needs to stop bullshitting and contradicting himself! Simple : (1) buyer bought item (2) seller shipped item to the address you provided (3) seller has signed proof of delivery to your address right down to your town (4) it was the post office and you that made the mistake not the seller (5) you jumped to conclusions and automatically blamed the seller. (6) you later found out it wasnt the sellers fault but instead of apologizing you continue to play your baby games (7) you openly admit in your own words it was not the fault of the seller. ---no one cares about checking anyone elses feedback. The matter is between you 2 people. If you acted like how adults are supposed to act and communicate non of your 2 year old games would of taken place.
