Buyer is a scammer or has mental issues....likely both.
I sold a purse. Buyer asked constant, incessant questions. Asked for close-up pics of the bolts, asked for pictures of markings. I responded to every one. Then when the bid closed I told her that I might not be able to ship it until I returned from a business trip.
"OH MY GOD!!" she replied. She said she needed it by that Saturday. So I made a side trip on my way to the airport to ship her item.
Two weeks later she sends a text saying the lock looked cheap but that if I refunded half her money she would keep it. There was not a damned thing wrong with the lock and I have pictures to show it. When I told her to pound sand she lied to eBay and said the lock was "broken."
It's clear in retrospect that she wanted the purse for something she was attending that Saturday. She used it, broke the lock, and got eBay to convince her to return it.
I should have been suspicious when after she won her item she said "please don't leave feedback for me...and I won't for you. I like to keep my transactions private."
She's a scammer and almost certainly quite mentally unbalanced. Avoid like the plague.
