This fxxxing guy made an ebay purchase on May 28, 2020 for two pairs of LED bulbs and filed a chargeback on June 2, 2020. Now I am out the products, payment and additional $20US chargeback fee. I just don't understand people can use someone's ebay account and someone's credit card to make purchase and ship to the credit card holder's address and still call it an unauthorized transaction.
