I got a credit alert informing me the address on one of my credit cards was changed to 214 Briar Bay Cir. Like the other poster said, the cops need to pay this scumbag a visit. I agree it looks like a renter and not the property owner.

it does not matter. its your responsibility to ship to the verified address of the credit card address and no place else. If you shipped the item to another address other then the credit card's billable address then its your own fault. you process credit cards so you are very well aware of that policy when you signed your merchant agreement.
As for the buyer they are a f-in moron and will make any type of excuse whatseover. The buyer did it purposely to steal merchandise. Since its over $500 then you can sue. But its your own fault for not shipping to a credit card billing address and no where else. VeRIFIED address.
