purchased stamp on 10/25/2016, paid on 11/25/2016 after one month after I opened unpaid case, because of relative low value (40usd), I used flat mail from USA to China, buyer contacted me on 12/23/2016 to ask refund for not received, but sometimes flat mail arrive to China for more than one month, I asked him to wait, but since he didn't and requested refund. He wanted to opened the case before the 2 month deadline of ebay but wasted ONE month of time on NO PAYMENT from 10/25 to 11/25, therefore I paid the price for this scammer from China
