Beware of this buyer. Misuses return request through eBay by claiming item not as described and then returns an empty package. Once he got his money back from eBay he then opens a PayPal dispute claiming item not received. Contacted other sellers and they confirmed that they were defrauded by the very same tactic by this buyer. Buyer has been reported to a local law enforcement.
