Details: | Sellers BEWARE! The buyer ordered the item, contacted to have the order cancelled immediately then contacts us again to disregard the cancellation request. The item was delivered and the buyer never contacted us with any issue until 20 days AFTER the item was received. We explained that our return policy clearly states within 14 days of purchase, anything pass that time frame will incur a restocking fee. Fraudulent Buyer had the item well over 20 days and decided to file an A-to-Z claim, stating that the item he received was "not as described" because he did not want to return the item and incur a restocking fee. He stated that our item was "not as described" because it wasn't what he was looking for, because he thought that he was purchasing a leather base material and what was provided wasn't leather. No where within our Amazon product listing description did we state that the item was made from leather. We are not responsible for buyer's remorse. What was provided was exactly what the buyer purchased. The buyer refuses to return the item and have not responded to our messages. Trust us, no amount of money is worth enough in dealing with idiotic consumers!! |
