Upon Receipt of the garment ordered the buyer claimed that there was a hole in the garment and claimed she was "disappointed" and that I had not disclosed this issue in the description. I attempted to resolve this situation and please my customer by offering a full refund upon return of the item. Buyer demanded that I issue a refund before buyer would return item. I requested photos of the pants. She did not comply (send pics.). Soon after this communique' I issued a refund as I did not want to jeopardize my new seller feedback as I did not have many sales completed yet and had not accumulated feedback yet. What little feedback I had needed to be accurate.
Seller only replied to my repeated requests for the item to be returned with excuses. I sent the buyer a shipping label. She claimed she had not received it and would return the pants. As of today, January 24th 2014, The buyer no longer replies to my requests and has not returned the garment. It has been approximately 11 weeks since she committed to returning the garment.

I am willing to provide a sequence of events regarding dates of transactions and communications.

The last message I sent to the buyer indicated that I am taking further action including legal action (if possible).
