This buyer purchased a set of lingerie which comes with several pieces. She don't know how to use them on body (which is just a mask, lace bra top, furry cuffs, a open back bottom and a strap that can be used as resistance, just simple is that). Sadly she is unable to use her brain to think. Instead, she left a -ve feedback saying your item is defect. OK, i explain to her what is the function of each piece (I'm 100% sure that there is NO problem with the item). You can guess, she never reply.
