Steven Moylan was sent tracked shipment RR458490564CZ and was advised that USPS had up to 12-weeks delays currently. We gave him the Etsy thread that confirmed this

Steve Moylan is an Etsy seller himself but he kept calling us liars and kept demanding a refund.

Ironically, Steve Moylan has an Etsy shop himself (FashionLeis). He refused signing the petition to have USPS stop lying in their tracking status. He kept accusing us in a rude manner of being liars about the delays, so we invoked our T&C - he agreed to publication when refunds are demanded on grounds of accusations of malfeasance and/or threats of blackmailing with bad reviews.

I add that Mr. Moylan had been advised at ebery step of the checkout process that USPS has gigantic import delays and misrepresents the trackign status. It's in our "Shipping" section, it's on every page of our site and it's in bold red text, displayed to US customers when they check out. And still he calls us "unethical" and liars. USPS does not lie about the tracking status and does not cause delays for incoming mail from Europe, he says. Instead, we are crooks.

Please be aware this seller has been asking for more delivery time. My original order was placed 2/13//2015. On 3/23/15, I sent Sarah Vaughter an email to follow up with the shipping delay, and was told to wait another 2 weeks. I found this to be completely unacceptable after requesting a full refund in previous emails. I filed a resolution dispute with PayPal against Vaughter Wellness for failure to receive merchandise. I highly advise against buying from this seller based off my personal experience. This is my first and last time I will have any transaction with this online retail seller.

Update: This blacklisting is now permanent because Steve Moylan just filed a PayPal payment dispute, which is fraud as per our T&C, since it has now become very likely that we lose the money and Mr. Moylan gains the merchandise, which would be mail fraud. We do not take returns unless Mr. Moylan refunds us of course the cost of shipping, so even if he sends the goods back it's mail fraud.

Mr. Moylan, in spite of the overwhelming evidence that USPS is to blame (see also the petition to ask USPS to stop lying here: ), decided to commit mail fraud because his claim that we are to blame for the delays is contradicted by the evidence.

Fraudulent customers such as Steven Moylan who file payment disputes for in-transit tracked packages with delays due to factors outside the vendor's control will increasingly meet with refusals of online vendors to process their payments.

It is databases such as these that provide the APIs for this.

"The seller has been asking for more delivery time" means: "The seller informed me of the false USPS tracking status and the gigantic delays in scanning incoming parceløs from Europe, ans asked me to wait two more weeks".

But Mr. Moylan called us liars and said USPS does not cause delays and has no incorrect tracking status. Seller beware.

The person who wrote this last comment is Katie E. Nicol from Victoria, Australia, a scammer, libeler, liar, blackmailer, thief and perjurer. She will be sued in Australia (a country with very strict libel laws) for libel and will have to pay off damages for a long time to come. Read the lower-left corner of for details on her crimes (also has photos of her).

Katie Nicol made a mistake and ordered an EU plug (she lives in Australia). We showed her it was her own mistake but offered her a universal travel adaptor instead (to pay for it). Instead she filed a chargeback! She stole AUD 257 from us. When we publicly blacklisted her, she posted all over the Internet that we are criminals. We're now suing Katie Nicol her for criminal libel in Victoria, Australia. SlaterGordon are our attorneys.

People are reading all the comments you are writing about your customers and it is turning them off wanting to buy from you. Who would honestly purchase off someone who threatens everyone. I am yet to hear off a lawyer which is no surprise because firstly you would have to show them all the garbage you have posted on the internet about me and you in turn you would be sued. PayPal awarded me a refund because you are the FRUED. It has been proven now leave me alone before I make another call to the police and show them how you have been threatening me and cyber bullying me since my purchase.

Katie E. Nicol of Victoria, Australia defrauded us. She mistakenly ordered the wrong plug with a needling machine. When we showed her that it was her own mistake but offered her an international travel adapter free of charge, she said we were lying and demanded a full refund. When we refused, she said she would do everything in her power to destroy our company by libeling us online. She literally said: "I will libel you, yes, that's what I'm gonna do!". She called our customer care person a "spastic". She then proceeded to commit perjury by filing a fraudulent payment dispute, providing knowingly false information. PayPal asked her to ship the machine back to us and she sent us a paper-filled box. Katie E. Nicol is guilty of fraud, blackmail, perjury and libel. She has given us explicit permission to republish her personal details and separately confirmed she permits us to publish these photos of herself. Her IP addresses are and Katie Nicol used the name "Marisa Lavars" as the addressee.

Firstly you are using photos that are not me. I am not 18 years old nor have I ever been to university. I have contacted the person via Twitter so they are aware you are using their photos. There are many people with the name Katie e Nicol
Secondly the addresses are not mine, the package was sent to my work address however I have since sold my practice so any package or mail you have sent will not be received.
You stated that PayPal will sort the issue out, well they did and they awarded me my rightful refund sorry that you have lost but perhaps you should reconsider the way you treat customers because I can assure you with all the bad reviews people have written on here and just reading your rude responses no one will want to purchase from you. All the best in your endeavours in 'suing paypal'. Bear in mind they have many complaints people have made about you on their system so good luck with that.

It's pathetic that you, Katie Nicol, are posting under a case that belongs to Mr. Moylan, it is unclear why you claim that we claim that you are 18, furthermore you have complained to PayPal that the photos we published are indeed yours. Furthermore, you LOST the case and not only that, there will be consequences for you (apart from us now preparing to sue YOU for libel - thanks for using your real name in the libell) because this is what PayPal emailed us a few days ago, I quote:

I have just taken the time to review the matter again with a colleague of mine and we have found in your favour on the matter. We have moved ahead to issue you a credit for the full amount of the transaction as you were covered through our Seller Protection policy program. We will also move to take action towards the buyer on the matter, however due to data protection I am not able to share any further details on this matter with you.
