Due to postal strikes in UK delivery was a bit delayed. Buyer opened case with eBay and got money back (fair enough).
Item finally arrived and customer is refusing to even communicate via eBay messaging and phone.

$220 item is effectively stolen. eBay is useless, getting police involved.
