Embart1234 is a non-paying bidder. Embart1234 never paid or responded to any messages or invoices for three weeks -- nor did they respond to the unpaid case process. Case was closed without payment. Embart1234 has won around a dozen items but has no feedback, leading me to believe they haven't paid for any of their winnings. I expect to see embart1234 rack up multiple unpaid comments in the near future. I strongly recommend blocking this "buyer".
