Complained about quality of the item she bought which cost less than £5. So, of course it's not going to be great quality, it was VERY cheap. When we asked her to return the item & since she wasn't claiming item was faulty or damaged, she would need to cover postage cost herself. She replied saying item was actually broken, she hadn't noticed the fault before. No, she broke it herself. Con artist.
