| Details: | Buyer stole 3 lettermail packages. Bought three separate (weeks apart) packages, under my tracking limit (under $30 I don’t require tracking) often I am shipping $5-10 cards so $15 minimum shipping is outlandish. 99% of the time packages arrive, I have no negative feedback hundreds of happy customers even in Burnaby. One by one he is claiming they are not arriving. The first one I pleaded with him to say anything in his defence but I just have to watch $100 slip away. That was food money, had just enough for my cats but I really needed that money. He didn’t respond to any of my messages, and claimed the exact same thing the next week with his second package. I have learned my lesson and that is you have to leave positive feedback or I won’t ship to that customer again. |

He tried it with me too. Fortunately I found his address here before I shipped. Do I sent it with sig required. He signed for it, then claimed that it hadn't arrived. I refused to refund, so he opened an AZ claim. I showed the signature to Amazon, they ruled in my favor.
There is a gang of kids doing this: Hunt, Kang, Mentizis and others. They all live in Burnaby.
Always use signature required when shipping any book or card or video game to anyone in Burnaby.
