I mailed from Toronto to his address in British Columbia, and the buyer expects the item to arrive only a week later: I tell him that it would take a minimum of 10 business days: Buyer would know that shipping takes time to arrive to his living address in BC. It is his impatience that is a hint to say that he was always going to claim that this item is not going to arrive: 3-weeks later he will file an A to Z on Amazon to get his refund. He believes that I would just let this go, but I do not like a buyer that tries to get away with free merchandise (even if it costs a few dollars): I will not allow dishonest buyers to get away with it.
