A very dishonest liar of a buyer that charges back international orders because HE cannot locate locally and does not want to pay the final price afterwards from an international seller. Stay away from this very bad cheap failing buyer that claims to be a repair business but uses a puny (barely) residential address. The world is a better place if we keep these people away.
