Buyer received goods then opened a return case, attempted to return an empty box, courier investigation showed weight didn't match original delivery, additionally a message saying they had the item was also used as evidence against them and witness to goods being packed. The attempt was postal fraud to keep goods, whilst also gaining a refund. UPS investigation prevented a loss to seller.
