This is his newest ebay account. This guy buys computer parts from you and then files a "item not received" to ebay and ebay automatically refunds his money back because they protect buyers. If you do not ship with tracking, he will take advantage of this loophole on ebay and scam you. He has gone under several usernames already and he use to have California address, but looks like he has moved his operations to New York. Look up "YSYSO Prebbiebeadman" on Google and you will find sellers that he has scammed.
