They first negotiated a lower price.They sent one message about the socket which was 3/8" drive and not 1/2 inch, I said it was our problem and I told them it was our mistake and to ship it back. They filed a negative before filing a return on ebay which is what they need to do first to get a label.Looks like they were looking for money or a free item.
