lady bought pair of knee high canvas and leather boots. 2 weeks later she claims one boot had a cut/slash in the canvas and she didn't notice it until after her son already had his pictures. She was rude and demanding and left threatening feedback, which ebay removed. When i got the boots back, it was obviously a new, clean cut, like with a razor blade. $75 shoes, down the drain. She got a full refund, i tried to fight the return, almost got a defect for the pleasure. one of my worst customers in over 20 years.
