The only person who should be apologizing here is you. Not delivering a child’s package and then going on here making a false accusation when the company (Amazon) you where selling through refunded the few dollars is cost because it wasn’t received. And by few dollars like $4.00! So when a child orders Pokémon cards and doesn’t receive YES didn’t receive of course the money should be returned so he can actually reorder and get the product. Like he did with the other 4 he received from a real REPUTABLE company.
