Details: | Buyer purchased tire chains Sun, Nov 26, 2017. The window for delivery from Amazon was Mon, Dec 4, 2017 to Mon, Dec 11, 2017. I ship all merchandise same day or next day depending what time of day the order comes in. This item was shipped out next day priority mail. The package was delivered on Nov 29th. It took all of 2 days since the package went from Phoenix to Los Angeles. 5 weeks later Amazon issues an auto authorized return because the buyer claimed the package didn't arrive on time. Wow! Talk about a scammer! Anyways I emailed the buyer and pointed this out to her/him. I sent a second email informing the buyer that there is a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. This buyer ignored both messages. Once the item was returned I authorized the refund minus the restocking fee and return shipping costs. The buyer still did not reply to my emails but instead contacted Amazon to ask for a full refund. I pointed out the discrepancies with buyers claims to Amazon and they agreed with me. They also pointed out to the buyer that they were notified several times and ignored these messages. Buyer left negative feedback in an attempt to hurt my metrics. Sellers beware of this bad apple! |
