Buyer 1st claimed "I haven't received my purchase".
After I provided UPS signature confirmation, buyer said package was received, but claimed again item not as described, as follows "Yes I recieved a box with a toshiba laptop that clearly was not the lap top I purchased period. I ordered a silver computer and received a black normal crappy laptop I want to b immediately refunded or I will take my complaints TO Amazon n further please this could have been a mistake however I have now repurchased the complete from another company."

Also buyer may use different first name during purchase.
