Customer bought a product for over $200. Product was shipped and promptly. After the product had been already shipped, customer called asking to cancel the order. We emailed the customer several times without response and eventually called him after the product had been delivered. Customer CONFIRMED RECEIPT of the product and told us he wanted to return it and asked for Return Authorization(RA). A short time later we sent the RA with instructions. After several emails with no response, we called and asked for tracking number of the return. Customer said he shipped the product back and gave us an INVALID tracking number. We asked our Supplier and this return never arrived to their warehouse. A couple months later we received a chargeback from our Bank, so we called the customer and this time customer stated that he never received the product, which contradicts what he told us on 2/20. Seems an obvious attempt to deceive.
