After few communications，he still not able to let the item works，he want to return the item.
He does have the right to do this. There is no problem with this.
He don't want to pay return shipping，which is also OK.
Seller immediately agree to offer him a pre-paid return shipping label,so he don't have to pay shipping.
But here comes the problem,after seller sent him the label, he start sending message with a lot of dirty words to insult and attack seller.

I ordered a cheap 20 dollar pair of headphones, I never used any foul language. I opened an Ebay case and won a refund since I sent the unit back and still didn't get my refund. The seller spoke in broken, somewhat hard to understand English which made communication difficult at times but I still got the jist of what they were saying.
I'm not going to pay return shipping on a defective unit if the seller won't reimburse it. That's just asinine. But thank you, now my name, email, address and phone number are all linked together and if you search my phone number this is the first thing that'll pop up. An extortion website with no easy way to get it removed.

Forgot to mention they repeatedly asked me to pay return shipping and I had to fight tooth and nail to get that return slip.
