Poppy of Crystal Parade contracted for website through Paypal. She lied to Paypal saying the work wasn't completed and cost the freelancer almost $1000. The work had been completed and proof was sent to Paypal, but Paypal refused to honor the contractual agreement between Crystal Parade and the contractor. So the contractor wasn't paid for the work performed, but was in fact made to pay Crystal Parade for NOTHING. They scammed the contractor for almost $1000.
