He's buying like crazy , then will file non-delivery and item not as expected claims.
He'll end up getting thousands back from PayPal from those that didn't shop with tracking or those that can't be bothered with one unhappy customer.

Look for this mailing address, I have had 3 different Ebay scammers use it, each time with a different Ebay user ID, each time trying to buy computer RAM.

Just came to this report by accident . Our Ebay experience shows that Ebay really does not care to protect the sellers (that ironically support their revenue) from such repeat scammers. Anyone scammed by this person should really file class action suit against Ebay and PayPal for allowing it to keep happening.

Now he has filed a claim saying he never received the package. I filed a complaint with eBay, and referred PayPal to this link.

I have the same issues. Ebay sent me the message. I had 3 won by three different id's but shipping was to the same DE address. That made me suspicious. I always try to ship FEDEX signed delivery. We will see if he makes a Paypal dispute.

He was quick to pay for the lot, fortunately for me I had falling ill the day he paid for it and wasn't able to ship the item in the required handle time. today 10/30/2014 I went to work printed the shipping label as soon as I printed the label the buyer suddenly was not registered on Ebay. As soon as I printed the label a Pay Pal dispute was filed-No warning whatsoever thank god for Ebay being as diligent as they are about watching sales ect... I was immediately notified by Ebay customer support prompting me to not send the item for undisclosed reasons. Curious as to what happened I called Ebay and asked what had happened. they Promptly told me the account from the buy was terminated for Fraud. I dodged a close one. with my ebay store and small business just starting out this could have really hurt me in a financial way. sellers beware and cautious. it is a shame that even online retailing is not safe from low lifes as this buyer.

Update: I guess I shouldn't have been surprised this morning when I was greeted by an email from PayPal entitled "Item Not Received Dispute". I just responded to the buyer (this time the name used was Lau Ying Yiu under email address httbbcc6@yahoo.com) with the tracking number proving that the item was delivered as well as a link to this thread so that he can see he's no longer fooling anyone. Please everyone, continue to post your updates, and check here regularly for new information. We honest sellers need to band together to stop this nonsense. It's not fair to those of us who strive for integrity.

I just received an email from Paypal saying that the buyer (herogarden1982) opened a case against me because they never received the product. I have a tracking number and show it was delivered within 3 days. On eBay, it says that the user is " No longer registered" on eBay. I'm going to call Paypal and let them know and also tell them about this thread. I hate shitty people. :(

Update: I just contacted Paypal, provided them the tracking number and they are now closing the dispute in my favor. -___- I hate people.

When you will cancel this transaction, call eBay support prior and tell them what is going on.

Hi again, frequent updater here. I last posted a week ago, when I discovered that there was an "Item Not Received" dispute out there against me. I was quickly able to provide PayPal with proof that I fulfilled my end of the bargain by shipping the item via FedEx, and within a few days the funds were returned to my account. So just for fun, I took a screenshot of the page in my account that shows the funds are now rightfully mine again, circled the amount, and wrote "It's my money now! HA HA HA HA HA!" I then sent that screenshot to every one of the email addresses the scammer has used recently, under the subject "I WIN, BABY! HARDY HAR HAR!" Immature? Maybe. Satisfying? Immensely. He'll probably never see the email, but a guy can hope.

Same story as everyone else. User bought RAM 2 seperate orders about 8 hours apart. Both orders shipped individually, I didnt notice that both had gone to the same address but with a slight variation, (JSDDR Computers LLC & JSDDR Laptops LLC) until user lu.hk88 was suspended. The today user chowhei76 was suspended. Guess it's obvious whats next. I already contacted PayPal and have been assured that the transaction is covered under seller protection, but this is nuts. This email address shut down their Ebay address and tried to rip me off by saying they did not receive the item and disputing it on Paypal.

Called eBay Seller Customer Support, they walked me through cancelling the order, suggested I set up some "Site Preferences" to block bad buyers (but don't think it will stop this particular buyer at all)

They said they'd forward this case on to their Fraud Dept to investigate...hopefully we get some traction on this.

Same thing happened to me too with RAM.

Last night, PayPal informed me it had ruled in Lau Thomas's favor and gave him back his money, despite a USPS confirmation of delivery. PayPal locked me out of my account and cancelled my billing agreement with eBay.
Spent over an hour speaking with four different people. Doesn't look like PayPal or eBay cares.

He is using the name crocoroco on ebay. He just purchased 6 memory modules. He hasn't paid yet, but Im going to look into cancelling this transaction.

This guy screwed me as well and Paypal was happy to support the fraud. I found this site only after I lost a dispute case for exactly the same thing. So much for "seller protection". F**k you PayPal.

Oh man, after shipping every item together with a required signature confirmation and delivery confirmation on eBay, this user as the username "crocoroco" bought about 30 ram modules from me for $636.00! Ram memory sizes from 8GB sets to some 4GB sets. I didn't think he was a fraud account because he has 100% ratings. This is absolutely terrible. I have had cases with eBay buyers reporting not delivered few times before but I have always had signature confirmation required for safety nets as eBay and Paypal have always looked into this and let me go with the money received because a signature is all it takes to say someone in the chain had received the items. Man, I feel terrible now because someone just cheated the system. I hope eBay lets me win this win because this is bad...

The address is not identical but it's close enough to possibly be a group of users. This user as soon as payment was processed then turned his account into a "This user is no longer on eBay".

A very similar claim has happened before for ram modules I sold a year back but as long as all tracking numbers are in hand, chances are you will win a against a claim. I have has claims as "Item not received" and also "Item was not authorized purchase" but tracking confirmation people is all it takes to save you! Yea sure it costs like $3-5 more but better that then losing a whole much more.

It's always the same story, I'll have a legitimate bid on the RAM and he'll come in and outbid near the end of the auction. However, the problem with this is that eBay took away all my selling bidded items and my final earnings value decreased a ton. My final value fees for those items have been removed but the bigger problem is that Paypal still shows that the money is all there in my account. The eBay side shows otherwise but this may be a conflict with eBay reacting for those who are slower at shipping. Now this eBay account is closed but high chances that will happen is that this eBay buyyer will attempt to request final refunds through Paypal however, the item clearly shows that it was signed for under the delivery confirmation so because of this, Paypal may let me go more than likely with the fund. eBay should really still update their side because I was paid for the items. Ugh.

Same problem here. RAM auction. eBay cancelled all bids immediately after the auction ended, and they refunded my seller fees. I refunded his/her payment through PayPal directly. I will also report PayPal and link to this page -- maybe they can do something. At this point I cannot cancel the order through eBay but presumably once the refund is processed by PayPal they will update with eBay and it will come off of my account.

Had this happen today to me. First I received the item not received case and refunded the buyer. Then right before I printed off the shipping label for my next item to sell, I noticed it had the same address. Googled, the address, arrived here. Immediately called PayPal and even though I refunded them the money already, since there is an active investigation with that buyer account, PayPal will be refunding me the money I lost.

The user name uniqloman2008 just purchased a small set of ram from me. I am still awaiting his payment but I will proceed to ship to him with a required signature authorization. Signature is all it takes to win a case. As long as someone signs upon delivery, responsibility of the seller is not at fault. I have had a few cases before with such fraud situations. Sellers need to play smart.

Thanks for this website, he bought 1,500 worth of memory for us and the 5 orders were strikingly similar so I did research and saw this page, we sent them 4lbs of scrap memory with Fed-EX signature Z-CHU, they filed a non-reciept, money was held a week then returned to us, I suggest everyone do this, it won't be long before they are tapped out and have load of scrap memory

Just to add a note to this, if you see den5488 bid on your item, know that the scammer will be the next to bid. I blocked and removed bids from den5488 because they obviously have something to do with the main scammers ID. Also, I now check the outgoing feedback of any buyer. If they have never left feedback for any of their 500+ purchases/sales, I block them. Seems to be a recurring trend with this guy.

I also informed ebay about any IDs associated with this address (which seems to be fake anyway). But he will change his address again since he previously used an address out of jamaica, NY.

Just now talking with eBay and they tell me that he currently has 8 accounts one being us.mrath, but they will give the other names (privacy issue!) but are investigating. They also tell me that the names that are listed above are NOT associated with the us.mrath account but those accounts of which they found 125 listed with cocoroco have been cancelled. The cocoroco group is based out of Hong Kong while us.mrath and affiliates come out of Seattle, WA. This means that this is an international fraud ring and subject to investigation by the F.B.I. as well as the local fraud departments of the Sheriff's dept and Police dept. If you hate these thieves as much a I do, then contact eBay by REPORT A BUYER in the RESOLUTION CENTER (as soon as an item is bid on or sold), send and eMail detailing the actions of this group with all of the details you have to include a list of all the usernames that they have used. I will create a form letter if you like. Also contact the local police departments. I am also writing to the owners of the building and letting them know that they will soon be under investigation for fraudulent activity being perpetrated out of one of their properties.

Just got off the phone with ebay. Man, ebay has really gone downhill. People that run ebay must be morons.

I sold some RAM on Jan 3rd to a user us.mrath. He didn't pay. I sent an invoice. Still nothing. After two days, I looked at his user id and notice he opened his account on December 30th. Yet I see he has like 7 or 8 positive feedback. But when I look at the feedback, the comments are all negative. I'm perplexed by this. Why does he have a positive feedback number even though all the comments are negative?

Meanwhile, I open an unpaid item claim with ebay. Finally, today I call ebay to find out how long I have to wait for this unpaid claim ticket to process before it gets closed, I get my final value fee back and I can relist the item.

The guy tells me that I have to wait 5 days. I ask about the feedback question and he tells me that ebay no longer allows sellers to give negative feedback for buyers. WHAT? That is absolutely idiotic. He gives a bunch of lame reasons why this is the case but the bottom line is that ebay believes that sellers need to be protected from themselves. If they go around bashing their buyers then nobody will want to buy from them so ebay doesn't let them do that. His exact words were, "everyone needs to be parented."

So instead, they have this dispute system that can end up leaving a negative mark on the buyer's record. But that takes almost a week to process. Meanwhile, the scammers move on and just open a new account. Ebay is reluctant to give sellers control over who they can restrict because they want to give the benefit of the doubt to the buyer.

I explained everything that was happening with this user and the common address and even pointed the supervisor to this website and he still said that he believed the buyer was a legitimate buyer and was unwilling to immediately clear this transaction.

I guess you cannot convince stupid, moronic people from understanding simple logic.

Frankly, ebay has created a number of policies that are just plain stupid and unfriendly to sellers. I honestly wish there was a decent alternative. Craigslist is helpful but obviously, the ebay pool of buyers is just much larger.

By the way, earlier in this thread, someone mentioned that ebay was aware of this scam but the people I talked to today seemed to be oblivious and completely unconcerned about anything I was saying.

I believe this buyer also exports. I sold a mirror to them on 12/08/14 and received feedback from them yesterday. Although they left a positive, the feedback read "All broken into pieces". After doing some research, this buyer does have a Hong Kong address associated with their name. This would be plenty of time for them to receive it and export and a lot of travel to have the item broken. As stated, several names associated with this person.

This guy bought 8 sets of 4gb 2x2gb sodimm ddr3 memory from me. Basically a $200 sale. I require immediate payment for all of my auctions and he paid me but never filed any disputes. A week later, I got 4 messages from ebay saying that he is no longer a registered user because of suspicious buyer activities. So, the funds are still in pending balance. Do you think this will affect my pending funds at all? I'm a little worried now that I just found this website with what it seems a history of this guy going crazy buying all the laptop memory he can get and committing a lot of fraudulent activities.

Also, forgot to mention, I already shipped out all 8 sets of memory to him.

It seems like this person uses many different account names, pay pal names, e-mails, etc. The common though is the address. So look for anything with that DE address and especially the Lau Wing Yiu name and you have your scammer. Not sure why they can't keep this person from making new accounts since that info is a constant.

This buyer bid aggressively over other bidder or possibly against himself to keep others from attempting to bid. From my experience if the buyer's VERIFIED Address is in another country but has shipping address here in the U.S. then the buyer has NO PROTECTION... however, the SELLER is PROTECTED.

Ebay recommends that I follow through on my side by shipping the RAM to the buyer and if they make a claim they won't stand a chance once the tracking confirms delivery.

UPDATE just called Ebay and they looked in to the users account and found multiple accounts that they are going to ban. i hope this puts a stop to this crap

i just read your comment about shipping the ram ebay told me NOT to ship anything to give them 48 hrs and they will take care of it.

UPDATE: eBay recommended me to cancel the order as precautionary measure, I told them my findings against this buyer on this website. Hope they find every account this scammer has and ban them all.

I got an email saying my phone sold and clicked the link it in to my eBay which says "buyer has paid" and a "paid" stamp by the selling price. I mailed the phone and it was delivered and then I got an email from eBay saying this is a suspicious user. After an hour and 10 min on hold with eBay I was told there is nothing they can do if it's already been delivered. They didn't pay (I double checked PayPal today). eBay told me to file a claim with ic3.gov and I did but is there anything else I can do? I'm frustrated and now down a phone and shipping costs. I always make it a point to review a buyer's profile, and I noticed this account has only been open since Jan 18, 2015. That usually raises a red-flag for me. After doing some Google searches, I found this page. Assuming all of this information is accurate, the buyer is clearly unethical.

So I've just called eBay to report the situation. The customer support rep with whom I spoke told me that I should proceed with shipping and make sure that I include tracking on the shipment. She said I also have the option of cancelling the transaction. However, I'm not enthusiastic about how a cancellation would affect my seller rating, which I've worked very hard at keeping 100%.

The eBay rep emphasized that eBay was grateful for my report. She took down the buyer's name, the item numbers of my sold items, AND the URL for this specific page on BadBuyerList.org. She said the report will immediately be forwarded to the eBay "internal department" that investigates fraudulent user accounts.

I asked if it was possible for their team to investigate the buyer and then contact me before I take any action. But she said eBay policy prohibits them from disclosing any particular user information to other users.

With all of that in mind, and with admittedly mixed feelings, I'm proceeding with a tracked shipment of my items. It's shame, though, that there isn't an easier way to withdraw prevent fraudulent users from continuing to operate in this manner. Given the large user base, though, I guess I can understand how easily and how frequently it can happen.

My suggestion to anyone in a similar situation would be to take a few moments to contact eBay and report the user. It may seem like a nuisance, but it will help others from being victimized.

Contacted paypal. They mentioned that if there is a tracking number. the Buyer is 100% gaurantee of payment as long as there is a record of the item reaching its destination. I am skeptical as well but it seems both ebay and paypal are willing to cover the buyer. So I, too, will ship the item and see how it turns out

The problem however is that he took nearly 5 days to pay up and in this time, I attempted to give second chance offer to another real user who bid before this scammer. I shipped the item to the second chance offer user and a day later, "teacher_2015" paid to close the case that was opened. Now I don't know if I should cancel the case or leave it be. The item is already shipped to a legitimate user. Considering to just wait and see if he notices. This user has been trying to scam me for months buying nearly 30 of my product listings and never paying up until now.

For the user above me, you should be fine. If you were paid to Paypal already, the money is officially yours and he can't or shouldn't be able to open any claims since his account is closed/terminated. Best thing to do is sit back and just keep an eye on the items for the remaining weeks. After this time, you shouldn't have to worry anymore. But I called ebay anyway and they said I should be OK (the cancelled user cannot leave bad or any feedback) and that the funds should remain in my account. Its not a lot of money, so I will leave it there and see what happens. If Paypal sides with this scammer, I may have to terminate my relationship with them. I have no tolerance for business that repeatedly fail to do the right thing. Of course, I will let them know how they screwed up...

I called eBay to notify them about this and find out what I can do. eBay told me to "give him the benefit of the doubt." LOL. I told them to read this page and gave them the link. They did so and told me that because he already paid via PayPal, I only had two options. One is to ship the item WITH tracking # and send him an email with the tracking # to show that I sent the item. The other is to cancel the item and risk negative feedback and have to wait 10 days for him to accept the cancellation. So I'm going to ship the item since I have the tracking # and fight this f*cker if he tries to scam me.

eBay (aka the call center in India) told me that they have noted my call and this buyer in their system, whatever that means. So hopefully if he does try the scam, it'll show his negative record. They also told me to block this buyer in the future.

So that's that. Thanks to everyone for helping one another out. p.s. no need for racial slurs.

There you go, all the info I could find on this piece of shit. This is the first time I've ever sold on eBay, and he outbid a perfectly normal seller with high feedback at the last minute, and of course never paid. I reported him to eBay, but of course, they play dumb. Or maybe they really are.

Also, this is the same GROUP of buyers! They use the same address, on McCullough Dr in Delaware. Their names are usually foreign (Georgian). And they never actually pay you. Either they wait for you to send out the order ahead of payment (which, by the way, you should NEVER do), or they send the payment, receive the item, file a claim with eBay and PayPal as the item being defective or never received (the latter if you didn't ship with tracking), and then get to keep your item and the money. From what I can gather, you never actually receive any money, as they open a claim RIGHT AWAY, sometimes before the item is even marked as delivered. I don't know if anyone's actually received money from them, but even if they did, eBay and PayPal seems to refund it to these scammers anyway.

Decided to do a little research on JYYWE Laptop LLC (70 McCullough Dr) after I realized they purchased RAM from me two different times within a month, but under two different user names.

I became suspicious when I realized after the second purchase, this new user had cancelled their account after only having an active account for a few weeks and 13 transactions. Then I realized that the first account they used to purchase RAM from me had also been cancelled. It was only active for about a month and a half and was used for 58 transactions.

I was paid for the items I sold by the same PayPal user, but now I'm worried I'll get involved in some sort of PayPal scam that you all seem to be mentioning above.

Just had this fucker try to buy a laptop off of me from ebay. He payed $2385 for $1000 laptop which made me really suspicious. Then I googled his address out of curiosity, and came across this. After refusing to unlock it for him, he asked for the IMEI #. Mind you, he had already paid for the phone. I gave it to him. He told me to send him the number and to hold off on shipping. So I sent off the number to him, and while I was waiting ran a check on his address. Which brought me here. Refunded his money and reported him to eBay. I am afraid that my phone I am trying to sell will have a bad ESN/IMEI number now and therefore be unactivatable. I plan on putting a phone call into eBay tomorrow. This is ridiculous.

Since I sell military items, and many them are restricted for sale only in the U.S. If I see a unusual address I always check it out to make sure is not of a company that will forward overseas thus breaking the law (ITAR); it can compromise the safety of our troops and have serious consequences, so I'm extremely careful. Just a note of help to those who check this page out. I have three different claims by these guys. I had tracking showing delivery and paypal found the claim in my favor. Note however, that after 45 days USPS delivery confirmation no longer shows information on their website. And eBay makes it real difficult to look up tracking info on transactions after 90 days. These guys are smart, they know how long delivery proof is available. Outsmart them! Hope this helps.

This person or group has tried to scam me out of my iPhone twice now. The account "kiuauk2" was just deleted today on eBay after selling my DSLR with no payment. I spoke with customer service and they were no help. I'm going to try to get in touch with corporate and share this page.

I also sold my dslr to above and im a new user so because ebay said paid and the buyer said paypal holds it I foolishly shipped my camera and now out of a camera. ebay said to contact police department for theft.

He got me too for $350 with the username jes.ge4. I called eBay and they will do nothing for me however they already canceled his new fake alias. He opened the new account the day he bought my iphone and eBay canceled it three days later for fraudulent activity. I filled a local police report so they can contact the Delaware Police. eBay knows he is doing this but won't stop him because he uses a different name and account everytime. After looking up the shipping address..I think his stuff gets forwarded to Georgia under the address: App. 42, Korp 2 40 Saburtalo Str. Tbilisi 0194 Georgia.

I also got screwed by this guy. I was new to eBay and saw that a button came up and said paid. So I foolishly sent my DSL camera $1,500 gone. Reported it to eBay. They said they were not responsible because I sent it with out knowing there was a conformation email from eBay that I was supose to get. I assumed the button on eBay saying item was paid was. A green light for me to send it. I did track the package and required a signature. UPS delivered it. But the notes say "left at dock". So unopened a claim with UPS because the delivery driver did not get the buyers signature. But the thing that will screw this up is that the have to have clarification from the buyer that they did or did not revive the item. To open the case. All I have is a bogus phone no# from mr Giorgi. Looks like this asshole is using places that are for rent, Once the package gets left at the curb or outside area he's picking the item up and then filing disputes.

In order for this to be come a legal matter, alot of sellers have to do the same thing and join in and report him to the police department. The police arent going to do anything about it with one person filing, if alot of people start filing police reports thats only way the New Castle PD is going to investigate it. So you want to stop it then file it.

I just had someone win a bid on an iPhone, almost double the price of the "serious" bidder before him. eBay user id was ge-nixo with a delivery address of 8 Mccullough Drive. I thought it was weird and found this and other threads about scammers on this address, so I cancelled the transaction. This is the second time for the same damn item that someone screwed up the ebay auction. So frustrating, but at least I didn't ship anything!!

This buyer is a complete scammer. Sold an iPhone to him and he is stating he never received it when in fact it was delivered...someone should tell him what a tracking # is...anyhow... He is threatening me to the point I had to call the police to report the issue. I also had his current id ( alexstudio2 ) removed from eBay......what a joke this clown is!

I haven't moved forward with my order yet, but it looks like the person that purchased an iPhone 5 from me is the same person that is scamming everyone else. The buyer marked the item as "payment sent," but I haven't received payment. I will not ship the item until payment is received.

I just filed a police report tonight, someone from this address, 70 McCullough Dr New Castle DE 19720, name : Frocz Kayla, hacked my Groupon acct and ordered 3 pr of Rayban sunglasses. I had to close my bank acct, will need now to wait until the charges post to the acct before an official dispute to reclaim my money. Very disgusted. You'd think that something could be done with all these complaints. For what it's worth, here's one more! Disgusted!!

He tried scam me this morning too. Bid and won my auction on ebay under the name dabax_2015. Auction was for an iPhone 5. Then after auction ended he started to ask questions about the item saying he had no time to ask before before he had to be fast when bidding at last minute. He then asked me to go on my icloud account to turn off phone and even asked me for my Apple login info so he could do it for me (which I didn't of course, red flag started right there!).He then sent payment through Paypal but asked that I shipped somewhere else (another red flag). I told him no, I would only ship to Paypal confirmed address. I then decided to google his name and found MANY sites of people complaining about him! Hundreds if not thousands of people have been scammed. I've been selling on ebay for many years so he messed with the wrong person. I refunded him the payment, canceled the order,contacted Ebay right away. I do not trust Ebay to handle this at all because obviously he keeps on creating new accounts and scamming more people. BEWARE!!! He is now under dabax_2015 but I was told by ebay that they will suspend him in a few days (how dumb is that???) so he will definitely be creating other accounts (he probably owns many accounts). After being scammed by this buyer like many others, I decided to look more into him/her. The buyer's address is simply a mail forwarding company that ships to the country Georgia (see usa2georgia.com). They must pay money to send packages from the listed address (8 McCullough Dr. ....) to Georgia. I recommend everyone sending junk mail and samples to this address so the scammer is forced to pay for the mail forwarding fee for the items to be sent to Georgia.

Update: he also goes by pmar8568. The feedback looks perfect and he has 447, says he's in TX yet don't let that fool you! I know it is the same person. I will not disclose it here because he might be reading these posts and learning better ways to get around.

eBay user halbala won the auction for my phone 5s. His listed address is 8 McCullough Dr #U76898 New Castle, DE 19726. When the auction ended the name was listed as "Valerian Shengelia," but today (three days later) it was changed to "Davit Gelashvili". The day after the auction ended, he marked the item as Payment sent and left me positive feedback with the comment "A++++ selller" (sic). Notice in this comment the mis-spelling of the word "seller". He puts three "L's" instead of two. He has left this exact comment with the same typo on many many sellers' feedback in the past month. I have not received any payment and eBay still shows it as awaiting payment. There has been no response to communication attempts, and I have opened an Unpaid-Item case. This should leave the scammer with a strike on his record when the case closes. I think I read somewhere that two of these strikes should result in a ban from eBay. I'm not sure if I am remembering correctly though, and even so, It doesn't seem like it would matter much with these scammers.

My husband and I have spent the last month, listing and re-listing our iPhone 5C and paying copious amounts of seller fees for each auction (as eBay will not do a thing about it) and every time, without fail, a different user, with the same address (guess which) wins the auction with a ridiculous bid amount.

My husband and I have had it. And we believe that you probably are somewhat sick of the irresponsible morons that eBay employ as well. We have made several attempts to contact eBay about this issue, and every time, we receive the same response: "You need to bring your feedback level up; buy a few small things, and get some positive feedback." Yeah, that'll definitely make this guy stop and think, "Hmmm, maybe I should turn my life over to God." Even if it were to do anything, why the hell should WE have to pay money for things we don't want or need, just because you're too damn lazy to do an investigation!?

We've followed up, we've written formal written complaints, we've asked to speak to managers, all to no avail.

We've also spent a considerable amount of time doing research to find out who this clown is. If eBay won't do their job, and adhere to their, "Seller Protection Agreement", I think it's about time someone got this POS put behind bars, because, probably not to many of your knowledge, it turns out this guy has been doing this for almost 3 years, and is still getting away with it. How utterly pathetic.

Ok, so this is where you come in. We would like to file a class action suit against eBay. We believe it is irresponsible, immoral, and above all unethical to allow someone to knowingly commit crime like this in their marketplace, and do absolutely nothing about it
for 3 years. If you would like to help us, you are just as entitled to the settlement as we are, and we intend to split it amongst any of those who would step up and help us take this miserable little shit down. eBay is a fairly large corporation, and undoubtedly have a myriad of corporate lawyers, ready and willing to try and justify this as acceptable,

We all work hard, and we live in a corrupt enough society as it is. My story is the same. On 9/16/2015 Buyer name cstu8689 was supposedly hacked and purchased a Ruby and Diamond ring from me for 899.00. The person hacked into the dashboard to show money sent and f@cking Ebay showed monies received. I am a new seller and not to savy on how thing work. Read that ebay sometimes will put a hold on the money for new sellers, thought that's what was happening. Shipped out item to 8 McCullough Dr, New Castle, Delaware, 19720 to a Mirian Merabishvili. Called ebay and asked where my money was and they said they didn't have it and was questioning me about going around them when all correspondence went through them. I track down an email, unfortunately it belonged to the guy who's account got hacked. Sent him a paypal invoice and he contacted ebay saying he got hacked. Ebay then turned around and notified me that this guy had fraudulence activity on his account, then they removed my listing which then removed the a lot of my evidence of thinking the money was there (due to ebay's very confusing system for new sellers). Ebay protected him more then me, what is he out, NOTHING, where I'm out my ring and money. I have filed a claim through IC3 and also my local police dept. Gonna go after new castle police dept and post master general next. Thinking about calling all the news channels, see which one wants to blow this shit up. THIS SHIT NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!!

Just had a hit today for a couple of transaction attempts shipping to 70 McCullough Dr. New Castle, DE. Buyer initially used a false address, then sent me an email saying it should be 70 McCullough instead. Transactions were attempted under the names Melinda Cook and Rory Conway.

A username of ge-ander and name James Anderson from Georgia. He bid $213.15 for my iPad (september 24th) and requested I send it the next day (september 25th). I did as he requested but then noticed he had not paid and I was shipping to the infamous 8 McCullough Dr, New Castle, Delaware, 19720 though it was too late. My iPad was already delivered and ge-ander was not responding to any of my requests for payment. I called eBay and didn’t receive any help. I submitted a report to IC3.gov with the address. I obviously screwed up on my part not looking into this buyer, but it still stings. I'm already a poor college kid trying to make some extra cash for bills and then this happens...

I just sold my LG G4 to the same address to a alexander*iskander. After seeing this thread I immediately canceled the order, refunded, and rerouted UPS back to me. I will stick to Craigslist, you really just don't know when you are being scammed on eBay.

Ummm this person is ramping up his game. He got the login information to my Walmart.com account and bought a whole bunch of stuff with the debit card I have saved to my account. Luckily the website flagged it and everything was cancelled, but now my bank account is empty and I have to wait a couple days for everything to be reversed. Just googled the address he put for shipping and found this thread.

He just tried to by over $1,000 of product from my store. We caught him because he mistyped his address. It looked fishy. When we asked him to resend his address, he sent us this one. I googled it and it brought me to this thread. So thankful this exists - we are a small company and this would have hurt us!! He did it under the name Agate Buzek.

In the comments, he included a response that *asked the same question* that *I just answered*, showing that the buyer did not read my responses at all.

I looked further into the issue and looked up the buyer's address. I was angry to find that there have been multiple reports against the address under numerous names including "AXLAO Motor Shop" at badbuyerlist.org and "JSDDR Computer LLC" at bbb.org (same address). There are very similar experiences.

So far, nothing has happened. Both lots arrived, and I've received positive feedback from both buyers. It looks like this is just like any forwarding service- your results will vary based on the specific buyer.

I was scammed by this buyer as well. I was selling a Galaxy S4, this person was the highest bidder. I received a email that they paid. I went to USPS and mailed the item the same day 11/25. This morning I received a message from eBay saying it was a suspicious buyer and they cancelled the bid....I tried stopping the package from being delivered but it was too late. The user's name was tintin011 and the person and address I mailed the package to was Evgenia Gevorkyan 8 McCullogh Dr #u18071 New Castle, DE ....I was advised by the person I spoke to at USPS that this location is a warehouse.....what a hell of the way to start the holidays.....

This buyer just won my high-ened GPU auction (over $600 in value) and marked he sent payment (even though eBay doesn't show he has completed checkout and no payment in Paypal either). Immediate red-flag, so I double check this buyer, turned out he joined only like 2 days ago and already got like 10 positive feedbacks almost all from China (he bought these feedbacks or it's part of his scam team).

Funny how he thinks he can dupe me by marking payment as sent. How dumb he thinks I am? WTF.

Buyer by the username "elmirem" just sent an email saying that the laptop received has no display with a bad angle shot of the computer. The user is concerned about what I can do about that. After looking it up, the address matches this website and I now see that this guy is trying to cheat me of the $90 he spent for a laptop. Seriously? I barley got $50 profit from this eBay deal and now he wants to cause a problem? Anyways, All the laptops I sold have been packaged insanely well to the point where it can be thrown and not have an impact on laptop condition. The weirdest part of all is that this user asked me to ship the item in the smallest box as possible and then sent an email about the issue 23 days AFTER the item was delivered to specified address. All this is suspicious and I sent the information to buyer warning him that I am not stupid and will fall for the scams these NEW CASTLE groups are doing.

eBay is completely useless. They basically told me I'm screwed and offered no guidance on next steps. I will not be using their services anymore. I won the case based on the history of fraud from the person and location. Apparently he's gotten plenty of people in NY,CA & DE over the years.
The guys a master at getting 100% positive feedback via shill auctions and other people in on the scam and particularly from here for over 5 years. He looks for anything with free shipping and small items.

I've done this for a long time bought and received items with/without tracking insurance. Either way this guy wins. He'll pocket the item and then file a claim for the payment. I called Paypal out for even accepting accounts from this location for over 5 years.

I'm another Victim; after my Iphone sold to this bidder (name "premarblac") I began reading the Ebay feedback and saw that the last dozen or so remarks were complete devastating indicating the buyer was a fraud. I Google'd the supposed buyer name "Vazha Gogoladze" and some YouTube music videos came up. But I hit the jackpot when I Google'd the shipping address and then I discovered this blog thankfully. What a crying shame that this idiot has been able to continue the sham for so long and continues to reproduce similar Ebay accounts and they're not being automatically flagged. I obviously blocked the user within several hours before receiving some ridiculous messages in the morning. I will also contact Ebay directly tomorrow to hopefully cancel the bid and have this fool's account be removed ("again). Good Luck to the rest of future Victims!

Just bought one of my CPU's, and RAM modules. He's using the eBay user name "shseidky-0". He must be trying to boost his image with over 40 Feedback's since he opened the account in February 2016. I contacted an eBay Rep already, and reported him with all the evidence I had. They where very grateful, and passed the information down the line to perform an internal investigation.

I just sent him my daughters dirty diapers.

As much as I want to blame Ebay for this guy it's Payal who's paying the guy and actually blaming the sellers. The address is garbage and they know it and continue to put the burden of proof on the sellers.

The address is for Sheeran Direct Marketing. They seem to just be 3rd party logistics company that does fulfillment. So essentially the address is probably just a conduit to hundreds of different possible buyers. I had a winning bidder requesting a ship to "AXLAO Laptop DEPT" and due to all the negative mentions of that here I canceled his order. No bad experience, just avoiding one.

This is a fright forwarding company. People from shithole parts of the world will buy things from the US and then use this service to ship it. A lot of scammers use this

The address of the warehouse is 70 McCullough Dr New Castle, Delaware 19720. The letters and numbers in the 2nd address line is the client ID. Sometimes they will cover this up and use a Suite number.

Calling the local police won’t do anything because half the time this company has no clue what is going on. You have to call this address and report it to them and sometimes they will shut down the account.

kprochy is still out there cancelled the auction and blocked him. Mind you that I was previously burned and won a case I am not trying my luck again.

Do not send anything USPS to email. Just send it UPS and get the signature. He looks for things based on low or no shipping and particularly memory or small items. The address is spot on and if you see it just don't send the item because the inevitable is going to happen. At this point there is no reason for anyone to send anything or any item to New Castle, Delaware. Sucks f you live there but be smart.

This buyer is stealing debit card info and using other people's bank accounts to make these transactions. He got me this morning for all kind of about $400 worth of stuff he bought on websites and had shipped to a bogus address in New Castle, DE. Just from googling the address I've tracked thru PayPal and Ebay where he has bought items for years and had them shipped...then filed a claim saying he never recieved the packages. Big Scam! Thank goodness my bank noticed strange activity and shut my account down before he made more buys using my card#.

He uses one account to buy then cancels while another account jumps in and buys both are scammers they'll use a bogus name or address. Best way to check is if they bought like 10000 items in 1 month.
