Buyer claimed he received the item damaged in shipment. I ask for pictures. He sent me one so I ask of pictures of the package the item was shipped in. I received a picture of the clear plastic bag the item was packaged in from the manufacturer. So I ask again for a picture of the shipping container the item was shipped in which he finally furnished and the shipping package showed NO damaged what so ever. Only normal shipping wear was the 1/2" foam that surrounded the item had a crack about 6" long. So since there was no evidence of shipping damage on the outside of the shipping package I instructed the buyer to return the item for a refund. The buyer opened a return case within eBay and the very next day he cancelled the return. Classic signs of a SCAM then he proceeds to leave negative feedback claiming and I quote, "The seller never recognized that the product was damaged ....bad experience!"
