bid on an item , refused to pay stating that their paypal acct was hacked, they were the sole bidder and for 5 days they never asked to cancel the bid , which you would expect if they were victims of fraud, the fact that there is a 3 at the end of their username suggests to me that they may have multiple accounts , and may be resellers or scammers that just did not want to pay or were competitors of my listing.
