This asshole thief will buy an item on Friday then immediately dispute the order for non receipt by Tuesday. Within 10 minutes of completing the order, this idiot started messaging wanting to know why the item didn’t ship the second she buys the item at 10pm. We knew the second this asshole bought the item that this would be an attempt at scamming us.

Gail Herstein ripped me off. She said that she did not receive her order. I had no choice but to refund her as the item was inexpensive and I did not send it with tracking. Gail Herstein is nothing but a shoplifting petty thief.
