Buyer subscribed to two monthly dedicated game servers for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Dedicated service was provided for two servers for a month. Buyer failed to renew his subscriptions after one month, so the servers were stopped and the account was canceled.

The subscriber filed two charge back claims with his credit card company. PayPal opened two cases due to the charge back. I responded to each case and attached proof of delivery of the service. The screenshot can be viewed here:

PayPal responded claiming I had failed to provide proof which is total non-sense. That is the only proof I have since the servers have been stopped and deleted due to non-payment.

During the initial one month subscription, the buyer opened multiple support tickets for help, and I went out of my way to make sure he was happy. Evidently, he was not. He wasted my time, and now PayPal has seized a $20 charge back fee per case along with his original payments because they can't look at the evidence properly and punish sellers for fraudulent claims made by a fraudulent buyer?
