I am happy to find this page. This guy bought a brand new factory sealed printer from me and now he said printer arrived used with toners installed and no manuals. He is used to this scam. I will report this page to eBay so they can see this "jewel" of a corrupt and dishonest buyer. No wonder he made his feedback comments private.

This is the same time last year he bought one from me.I refunded him and he still never sent my printer back.I did block him and hopefully he will be permanently blocked one day from buying on ebay.Unfortunately ebay lets them do what they want.in order to keep a high feedback score you have to let people like this do whatever they want because it only hurts you and your sales in the long run.I had opted in the for the ebay hassle free return never again.Atleast the 14 day return makes it a bit harder for them,but they always still win.Good luck

Hello All, I am the buyer for the above mentioned items. Just few days ago, when this was brought to my attention by the second person, I went back and did some digging on the first transaction from Dec 2013. I, in fact received a used printer in bad condition and luckily I found the printer sitting in my garage in the same box with same condition. I can send the pictures of the box with original senders label on in intact so you all can see the condition of the printer yourself what I received as New Printer. The only reason we didn't ship the printer back was because the seller didn't agree to pay for return shipping. I wish this site allows me to upload the pictures for everyone to see. We are a genuine buyer and buy lots of stuff (only new) on ebay and every now and then we get the items that do not match the item description in the listing and therefore have to return. This is very unfortunate that someone make such false accusations on public sites and others just follow without checking on facts, which is so unfair. OP - This is nothing personal. I will be happy to send your printer back at my shipping costs, though it was not our fault.
And for the printer with toner installed, I got the confirmation that the printer was delivered back to you and you can check for yourself that the printer had the toner installed in it and cannot be accepted as New.

Same thing happened to me. This Buyer purchased a new printer and then requested a return. Our Ebay store policy is to never sell untested printers NEW or USED. We thoroughly test what we sell and clearly state that throughout all of our Ebay listings. We once got burned with a batch of new printers that didn't work when sold so we changed our policy stating that we now never sell untested printers - NEW or USED. All one had to do was read the listing which this buyer apparently did not do. It cost me about $45 after the refund for the return and original shipping fees, not too mention the re-stocking, re-testing and re-listing related expenses. A return for an item that doesn't work is one thing but a return because the buyer didn't read what he ordered is another thing altogether. It cose me out of pocket and this buyer never attempted to pay the return shipping fee as he was required to do according to the original terms of the listing. Should forward his ID to the "Ebay Blacklist."

She still does the same and surprising with printers ;-)
