Buyer purchased 3 red dot sights and had them shipped to a police department. Buyer then started a return stating they were defective.

At the same time we were dealing with a buyer that purchased 3 red dot sights on one order and 2 red dot sights on a second order (orders shipped to two locations--Wisconsin and Louisiana. Buyer then started returns for both orders for all 5 items stating they were defective. When we received the returns they came from California and they were not the items we sent.

So we contacted the police department. They stated they were happy with the items and did not start a return. So we asked them where they purchased the items from because it wasn't through us directly. They said through a seller on Amazon named Pestore.

What we believe they are doing is selling items on Amazon they do not have. When they get a sale they fulfill the order by purchasing the item from someone on eBay, then when item shows delivered to their customer they start an eBay return and send back an old, fake item or even empty boxes to get a refund. They are making a 100% profit on the item they sell on Amazon because they do not pay for the items they fulfill the order with on eBay as they get refunds when they send back the fake items.
