This buyer should not be allowed on ebay. I sold a genuine Louis Vuitton to him, sent it via tracked post to Finland, he was not in and so the item cannot be delivered. Rather than contact me, he reported me to ebay. It was not until after I pointed to him that he should have received a card from the post office saying that the bag is with them that he made any attempts to contact the post office. Prior to that, the buyer demanded a refund. Following receipt of the item, and after three weeks, the buyer reported the item as not described to ebay. I elevated this complaint to ebay who then found in favour of the buyer and paid the buyer a full refund. This buyer clearly could not afford the bag and wanted a refund from day one. Due to this buyer and for the item having been listed on ebay, this buyer has now costs me the advertising fee and the paypal fee for dealing with this transaction. How dare he then leave me with a negative feedback. This guy is nothing but a pauper! I would not be surprised that he had used my bag for three weeks before returning it. Why else would it take him three weeks to report? I have the receipt, how dare he says it is a fake? A collector of designers? Clearly he is not. I have been a member of ebay for many years, both as a seller and a buyer. This idiot has made my rating go to 93.5%. Why is ebay allowing this idiot to comment after all that he has done. Why is he allowed to use the buyer protection programme to loan an item for 3 weeks free of charge and to protect his own back, give me a negative feedback.

It's idiots like him that makes eBay a bad place.
