Like every woman she wears them to an event and returns them without paying for it. Its something eBay screws over sellers that buyer's take advantage of. First off eBay should place a no return policy on clothing. If the buyer contacts you first try to catch them into own lying to fraud you into accepting the return and then paying for the returns. Ebay shouldnt make sellers pay for any returns, with their outrageious fees and paypal fees, they dont care basically. As long as you the one out the costs non one else cares what you have to go through. Basically everyone is against you to screw you over.
