I would disagree with this comment. If the toy/collectible arrives BROKEN and there is no TIMELY response to my communication regarding same - of course I will leave a negative feedback. Especially if the timeline for the purchase is Christmas. You have the responsibility of making it right as soon as possible.
There are 2 sides to every story . . . and your side conveniently leaves out the details of my experience.
