Buyer Have receive his marchandise on January 2023 and reported 2 month later that he have not make this purchased and not receive the marchandise. The package have been sign at hi name same as the credit card but visa have not accepte our claim as the buyer have receive his shipment more late that it was expect and haven't signature at the reception (only his name).
