This buyer purchased two items from me in June, emailed to say only one item was in the box and a story about not know what to do and needing help. We sent out a replacement in good faith. In August she purchased two more items, emailed the same exact message that only one item was in the box. When we questioned her a bit more, and requested more information regarding delivery she threatened "repercussion" if we didn't "make it right" . Reported her to eBay and her user name is still active.
