Customer bought 2 separate items on 2 separate days.(26 hours apart) Paid, never requesting a combined invoice. Items were shipped asap on both separate days. Customer tried to extort a refund for the shipping and made up 3 separate reasons...When she did not get a refund? Filed not as described cases for return. Pretty much just made stuff up. Ignored information provided completely....Ebay now has her on file.
