I informed the buyer that I did not ship the item as promised and offered free Express Mail in order to get it there at the same time it would have been normally. The buyer sent back a very snarky email trying to educate me about how the post office works and left negative feedback. I tried to cancel the transaction, but the buyer refused. I refunded the money and sent back a rude email myself. Idiot buyer, idiot seller, looking at feedback left for others, this obviously isn't the first time she's been this way to others on net. Impossible to please!!!
