Be careful eBay sellers. I had what I feel, an obvious attempt at a partial refund that wasn't warranted. I've sold over 1000 items on eBay and I've given partial refunds before, but this in my opinion, was my only experience with a partial refund attempt that was extremely fishy. I did not give any partial refund in the end.
