We sent a factory sealed desktop to the buyer. The buyer returned it the next day. The buyer claimed that the box was open and the desktop was defective. Upon receiving it, we found that the most expensive RTX 3060 Graphic card was swapped. An old card with labels deliberated removed was put in. Buyer filed a chargeback. This is return fraud.
