buyer bought item from me in June and gave positive review. 1 month later in July, I got a "unauthorized transaction" case from PayPal claiming that the buyer did not order the item and that PayPal is disputing the buyers claim on my behalf against the buyers financial institution.

PayPal released the hold on my account because tracking number proved buyer received item and buyer provided positive review.

Either way, do not sell to this buyer on eBay because you never want to deal with a customer that files a fake unauthorized transaction claim 1 month after receiving item so they can get the item without paying $$$!
