Details: | USPS had a late delivery for the parcel. He used that to claim refund from his credit card company. The parcel was delivered a few days after he got the refund, and he refused to pay for it and yet kept the goods. |

First of all, you issued a refund before the closing of the dispute date. Once a dispute is filed, DO NOT REFUND the customer. The second a customer files any type of dispute, he's your enemy. Close off all communication and log everything. A dispute means he doesnt want to resolve things between you to. You should of waited until you had a successfully delivery. Dont trust anyone you dont know even a total non existant person you've never seen or heard of.
