Buyer bought an as-is for parts and repair item. Then tried to use Ebay buyer protection claiming "not as described" when he had buyer's remorse. Seems like he's done this before on ebay if you look at feedback history he's left for others, even though he has 100% feedback.

Don't sell him items that are "for parts and repair."

Ebay said they will rule in my (seller) favor. I can't leave negative feedback for the buyer so I'm putting this up as a warning to other sellers.
