Details: | The Buyer make purchase on our website ans elect the longest delivery we propose by BOAT (7-12 Weeks),
the buyer opened a claim with Paypal 10 weeks after purchase stated that they never received the item and didn't contact our customer service before do it, he just open a claim on PayPal for contact us.
Then after we explain him that he have take the longest delivery method that we propose so this is normal that he haven't receive his package yet, the buyer refuse to close his claim and upgrade it later.
The package is now arrived in country of the buyer with few day late but the buyer still not close his claim.
We recommend all seller to Not deal with this buyer with bad compartment. |
