He will apply for an "Unauthorized Transaction" on Paypal 90+ days after he's purchased an item on Ebay, passed the transaction detail erasure date, making it hard to verify delivery. Keep a hard copy of your tracking number on any purchases made by this customer so that you can verify with Paypal later that the item was properly delivered.
Anyone who doesn't notice a transaction for 90 days or more older is pretty suspect.
