This buyer buys an item and files a false dispute the second she gets the item claiming the product was not as described. States information on the very first line that contradicts herself. She states she buys an item for a specific model number, and then says its for another model number that doesnt exist! She says oh I received model XYZ and I received ABC. When we show 10 different links of the same product that have clealry show they are the same part number, she makes up even more excuses. She then complains the item took longer than she had expected. She signs a document that clearly stated basically "you know the product takes this long to get there" and at the time of sale which it clearly states that the shipment time takes x amount of days to get there. Clearly displayed on the invoice she says she once again reads and agrees to the term and conditions. We reply back with 5 different links and state clearly its the same battery, another lying excuse. Then we say you should of contacted our support site, then she comes up with another excuse saying "oh the form doesnt have any place for me to place what I have to say", and another stupid comment, when the actual URL clearly states its a form to request access, not the actual site itself. And this goes on and on. The fact she knew how to contact our company, had that information in her possession for 6 weeks and goes off and files a fraud dispute. She's been permently blacklisted.
