| Details: | They purchased a motorcycle jacket. Said it was not as described. Contacted Ebay opening a case. Said I would not work with them which was not true, I contacted him and Ebay sided with them so they were to send the item back. They sent a package back to me with a book. Not my jacket. They received a full refund of the jacket plus the shipping costs both ways. I am out my jacket and all shipping costs, $160. They have my jacket and it cost them nothing!! |
