Customer purchased a headlight in May 2019. Our return policy is 30 days from the purchase date. Any items being returned after the 30 days are covered under a factory limited warranty for a replacement if found to be defective. However, the factory warranty does not cover any of the shipping and handling costs for the replacement. The buyer has filed a claim because he has failed to read all the policies stating if a replacement is needed, buyer pays all shipping and handling costs for the replacements. Buyer is trying to not pay for fees on the warrantied lamp. Customer will try to abuse your company and try to threaten you to contact an attorney. Do not sale to this buyer!
